Applications are now open for the 2025 OPEC Internship Program in Austria. This is a fully funded and paid opportunity available to international students of all nationalities. The internship lasts for a period of three months and takes place at the OPEC Fund’s headquarters in Vienna, Austria.
OPEC, short for the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries, is offering this program to provide hands-on experience and deepen participants’ understanding of its mission and operations. Interns will assist and work closely with the staff of the Secretariat. There are no application fees, and proficiency in English is required—but IELTS is not mandatory. The program is open to students currently enrolled in undergraduate (BA/BSc), graduate (MA/MSc), or doctoral (PhD) studies.
