Basic Requirements for cabin crew
To be eligible, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1: Personal Qualities for cabin crew
- Must be fluent in spoken and written English; other languages are a plus.
- A positive attitude, strong team spirit, and a friendly, approachable nature.
- Must be at least 160 cm tall, and able to reach 212 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Should have no visible tattoos when wearing the uniform (no coverings allowed).
- Must qualify for a UAE employment visa.
2: Education & Experience
- Completed at least high school (Grade 12) education.
- Have a minimum of one year’s experience in customer service or hospitality.
Salary and Flight Pay for cabin crew job
- You’ll receive a monthly, tax-free salary that includes both a base salary and additional flying hours pay.
- During international layovers, meal and accommodation allowances are provided in local currency.
- Pay increases over time based on experience and promotion within the airline.

Free Housing in Dubai

After passing the probation period, crew members may request to move to a different apartment (based on availability).
- Guests are permitted until 1:00 AM, and late visitors must be Emirates staff.
- Family visits are allowed twice a year, with up to two relatives staying for 30 days max per visit.
Company Transportation
Free transport is provided between your accommodation and the airport, training center, or official duty location.
